The place of attention in the forging process
1. forging process includes cutting the material into required dimensions, heating, forging, heat treatment, cleaning and testing. In small scale forging, all these operations are carried out by a few forgones in the narrow place. They are exposed to the same harmful environment and occupational hazards; in large forging shops, the hazards vary from job to job. Fast crowd aluminum alloy forging represents working conditions, although the working conditions vary with different forging forms, but have some common characteristics: moderate strength labor, dry and hot climate, noise and vibration, and smoke pollution. 2. workers exposed to high temperature air and heat radiation, resulting in the accumulation of heat in the body, heat plus metabolic heat, resulting in heat dissipation and pathological changes. The sweating volume of 8 hours of work varies with the small gas environment, physical exertion and thermal adaptability, generally between 1.5~5 liters, or even higher. The forging of fast mass aluminum alloy indicates that the heat stress index of the B ha two is usually 55~95 in the smaller forging workshop or away from the heat source, but the working point near the reheating furnace or the falling hammer may be as high as 150~190 in the large forging workshop. It is easy to cause salt deficiency and heat spasm. In cold seasons, exposure to changes in the microclimate may promote its adaptability to a certain extent, but rapid and too frequent changes may constitute a health hazard. Air pollution: the air in the workplace may contain smoke, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, or acrolein. The concentration depends on the type and impurity of the reheating furnace, as well as the combustion efficiency, air flow and ventilation. Noise and vibration: type forging hammer will produce low frequency noise and vibration, but there may be some high frequency components, whose sound pressure level is between 95~115 dB. Workers exposed to forging vibration may cause temperament and functional disorders, which will reduce work ability and affect safety. |
